通过终端命令查询最近1天内的唤醒情况log show --last 1d | grep "Wake reason"可以清晰的看到主要唤醒原因是kernel: (AppleACPIPlatform) AppleACPIPlatformPower Wake reason: RTC (Alarm) 这也是网上比较常见的异常唤醒原因，网上搜索之后得出解决方法，就是往引导配置里面添加一下补丁。
