微信官方下载的加解密算法在php7.1下不能正常运行，因为php升级到7.1的时候废弃了一个过去普遍应用的扩展（mcrypt扩展），所以需要对微信的加解密方法进行修改。主要将 mcrypt 部分修改为 openssl 加解密。

除了加解密部分，构造函数也需要由类同名函数改为__construct方法（WXBizMsgCrypt类文件构造函数也需要改）。
